Liberty Car Detailing — Subscription Agreements

Please review the terms below. When subscribing on our site, you’ll be asked to confirm that you’ve read and agree to the applicable agreement.

Monthly Subscription Agreement

Services Included

This agreement entitles the Client to twelve (12) Bronze-Level full-service details over one (1) year, performed at the frequency of one (1) detail per month for the enrolled vehicle.

Bronze Detail Package Includes

Interior

  • Vacuum
  • Wipe & brush all surfaces
  • Steam cleaning
  • Door jambs
  • Floor mats (rinse & vacuum)
  • Trunk
  • Windows (interior & exterior glass)

Exterior

  • Professional hand wash and dry
  • Wheel and rim detailing
  • Tire dressing

Vehicle Size & Pricing

Pricing is based on the selected vehicle size (Sedan / SUV / Truck–7 Seater). If the vehicle size differs at service time, pricing may be adjusted to the appropriate tier.

Additional Services (Subscriber Discount)

Subscribers receive 50% off add-ons: Waxing, Carpet & Seat Shampooing, Engine Bay Cleaning. Add-ons are invoiced separately upon request.

Scheduling

  • One (1) detail is available each month.
  • Client schedules through Liberty’s booking system or directly with us.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be used within the month (no rollover unless approved in writing).

Term & Cancellation

  • Minimum three (3) month commitment from start date.
  • After 3 months, cancellation requires 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
  • Early cancellation may result in the remaining balance of the initial term being charged.

Payment & Billing

  • Client authorizes Liberty Car Detailing LLC to charge the card on file monthly.
  • Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month as the start date.
  • Failed payments may pause service until resolved.

Service Location

Services may be performed at our Powell, Ohio location or via mobile service (subject to availability). Travel fees may apply outside our standard area.

Liability

Liberty is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, malfunctioning components, or items left in the vehicle. Professional products and methods are used for safety and quality.

Condition & Service Adjustment Policy

If, upon inspection, Liberty determines the vehicle requires a restorative-level service (e.g., heavy contamination, severe staining, deep extraction/shampooing), the Client will be informed before work begins. Liberty will provide a quote; if the Client proceeds, the subscription payment will be refunded and replaced by the one-time quoted service charge. If the Client declines, the subscription payment will be refunded in full with no fees.

Quarterly Subscription Agreement

This agreement entitles the Client to four (4) Bronze-Level full-service details over one (1) year, performed at the frequency of one (1) detail every three (3) months for the enrolled vehicle.
