Paint Correction — Powell, OH
Machine correction that permanently removes swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation — not a polish that just hides them for a wash or two. Your exact tier and price are confirmed after we see your paint.
What is paint correction?
Paint correction is the mechanical leveling of clear coat until it's free of swirl marks and light scratches. Polishing alone often just fills defects temporarily — true correction removes the damaged layer of clear coat so the marks are gone for good.
We use professional machine polishers and graduated abrasives, working from the least aggressive compound up, to restore a finish that reflects light with no distortion.
Caused by improper washing and drying. Dull the paint and kill the gloss — fully removable.
Requires more aggressive leveling of the surrounding area so the defect disappears evenly.
Sun-damaged clear coat that's lost its gloss — corrected back to a mirror finish.
Proven results
Real correction work — swirl marks and clear coat scratches leveled out under direct studio light, not a temporary polish.
Dulled, hazy paint restored to a clean reflection under direct light.
Deeper clear coat scratches leveled and blended into the surrounding panel.

Gold standard restoration
For severe defects, heavy orange peel, or deep scratches a buffer alone can't level, we use wet sanding — carefully removing texture from the clear coat to leave a flat, glass-like surface.
This is the standard used on show cars and high-end restorations, included as needed at the 3-Step+/Wetsand tier.
